Writing Wonder Witch
I love writing stories and poetry and getting dirt under my fingernails. My ZEN moments happen in the garden. I live in a snow-belt so the wintertime is horribly boring and totally unhealthy for my state of mind since I cannot go digging in the yard.

I started this blog not only to share my random thoughts about any subject I find interesting, but also to share my inner most thoughts and ideas and opinions about my former, present, and future life experiences.

This truly saddens me. IF this continues with other aquatic and land species we will never find ways to survive. When one species is extinct another will follow until the entire life creation on earth is gone. Is this what we humans want to happen to our own race? WAKE UP PEOPLE. Stop the extinction of all animals…even if they annoy you..think about it…each insect each eco living creature, plant etc has a function here on earth. if we deny that function and eliminate it then we as a race will cease to exist one day. Don’t let it happen.

The last documented sighting of China’s baiji dolphin, or Yantze River dolphin, was in 2002, and while the species is listed as critically endangered, scientists say it may already be extinct. In 2006, scientists from the Baiji Foundation traveled up the Yangtze River for more than 2,000 miles equipped with optical instruments and underwater microphones, but were unable to detect any surviving dolphins. The foundation published a report on the expedition and declared the animal functionally extinct, meaning too few potential breeding pairs remained to ensure the species’ survival.10 animals presumed extinct in the last decade

Seriously? What was this architect thinking as he was creating this. Did he not realize the resemblance? Let alone the public backlash he’d get…STUPID men, they just don’t think.

Antarctica’s alien fish live within these bloodred waters…???

mothernaturenetwork:

This eerie and mysterious blood-red waterfall is located in remote Antarctica. The red color is partially the result of saltwater tainted with iron oxide, but the real mystery of these falls is what lives in the water. Water samples contain almost no oxygen, but at least 17 different types of alien-like microbes have been identified slithering around in the blood-like water. Scientists surmise that they survive via a metabolic process never observed in nature that utilizes sulfate as a respiratory catalyst with ferric ions, metabolizing trace levels of ancient organic matter trapped underneath Antarctica’s vast glaciers.Check out some of the planet’s most amazing waterfalls.

Wanna avoid the zombie apocalypse? Here’s how…

Building luxury underground bunkers seems to be all the rage these days, and there’s really no reason not to reserve a space in one. After all, paper currency is going to be useless in a post-apocalyptic world so you might as well spend your money now, right? Built in a former Atlas-F missile solo, Survival Condo extends 200 feet below the Earth’s surface and is powered by solar panels, a generator and its own wind turbine. You’ll even dine on a diet of organic produce and homegrown fish fresh from the facility’s state-of-the-art hydroponic and aquaculture center.Check out our other suggestions for the best places in the U.S. to survive the apocalypse.

The Great Blue Hole is a large underwater sinkhole off the coast of Belize that’s more than 1,000 feet wide and 400 feet deep. It formed as a limestone cave system during the last ice age when sea levels were lower, and the caves flooded as the planet warmed and sea levels rose. Jacques-Yves Cousteau made the site famous in 1971 when he declared it one of the top 10 scuba diving sites in the world, and today it is a World Heritage Site.13 amazing sinkholes
